LoHi Flats

Completed in 2011, our first development was this nine-unit mix of one- and two-bedroom condos located in Lower Highlands. We relied on research and market analysis to find the perfect location—one that was in high demand and had an opportunity for development. Even in a down market, we knew this site had promise and were proven right by its continued success.
